What are Discipleship Groups?

Discipleship Groups (D-Groups) are small communities designed to help you grow in faith, live with purpose, and build authentic relationships. These groups reflect the rhythms of discipleship we see in Acts 2:42–44, where early believers devoted themselves to teaching, fellowship, shared meals, and prayer.

At their core, D-Groups are about doing life together while keeping Jesus at the center. It’s a space where you can learn, ask questions, and take practical steps to live out the mission Jesus gave us in the Great Commission:

"Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you." (Matthew 28:19–20)

Why Are Discipleship Groups Important?

We believe Discipleship Groups are more than just another meeting—they are essential for living out your faith. Here’s why they matter:

    • Living the Great Commission: Discipleship Groups equip us to grow as followers of Jesus and empower us to help others do the same. It’s about passing on what we’ve learned and living out our calling.

    • Biblical Community: In Acts 2:42–44, the early church modeled what it looks like to do life together. They devoted themselves to learning, sharing meals, praying, and meeting one another’s needs. That same spirit of unity and generosity comes alive in our groups today.

    • Real Growth Happens Together: Transformation is a process, and it’s one we’re not meant to do alone. D-Groups create a space for accountability, encouragement, and deep relationships that help you grow in faith and character.
